Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cyan Group L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, e-mail: info@approuva.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at approuva.com/en/withdraw-contract/ („Vertrag widerrufen“). If you use this online function, we will send you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

End of the policy — notes

The right of withdrawal ends early only once the service has been fully provided, if before the start you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed you know that your right ends with full performance (§ 356 (5) BGB). As the course runs until 31 March 2027, your right of withdrawal remains for the entire withdrawal period.

We do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal. To book, you must declare at checkout that you request a start before the withdrawal period ends; without this declaration a booking is not possible. The box is not pre-ticked; you tick it yourself. If you withdraw within the period, you pay only the proportional amount described above for services already provided.
