(4) The contract language is German. The English and Arabic versions are for information; the German version prevails.
§ 2 Service
(1) APPROUVA offers a live preparation course for the Kenntnisprüfung for physicians trained abroad. Teaching takes place online via Zoom, in German and Arabic, led by Dr. Fadi Jarbouh.
(2) The course runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The individual dates are set out in the course schedule, available on the website before you order; it forms part of the contract.
(3) Live sessions are recorded. Recordings are made available to participants for revision and to catch up on missed sessions on an ongoing basis and also after the course ends, for as long as the learning platform is operated; new recordings are added weekly and no fixed end date is set. Recordings complement the live teaching; they are not a separate product.
(4) The course prepares for the exam. APPROUVA owes careful delivery of the teaching, not a pass. Success depends on prior knowledge, your own preparation and the conditions of the exam. The course is not individual medical, legal or official advice.
(5) You need an internet-enabled device with a current browser or the Zoom app, speakers or headphones and a stable internet connection.
§ 3 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the course on the website is not yet a binding offer.
(2) During checkout you choose a price option, enter your details and see an overview of the service, total price and payment method before submitting. You can correct input errors at any time before submitting. Clicking the button „zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ (order with obligation to pay) is a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. The confirmation contains the contract content, these terms and the withdrawal policy (durable medium, § 312f BGB).
(4) We store the contract text. You can view and save these terms at any time at approuva.com/en/terms/.

(3) Missing individual sessions does not affect your obligation to pay; the recording is available to you under § 2 (3).

(2) Both sides’ right to terminate for good cause (§ 314 BGB) remains unaffected.
(3) If we cancel the course in whole or in part, we refund amounts already paid for services not provided pro rata; open instalments for those services lapse.
